I'm Taylor Robson, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, and I'm the founder of Open Roads Therapy. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Queen's University and earned a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Before opening my private practice, I worked in research roles and as an autism support therapist for children.
I'm passionate about helping people recover from burnout and people-pleasing, rediscover their spark, and learn to show up for themselves in the ways that truly matter.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, soccer, reading, travel, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. I believe that feeling connected to your therapist matters, and I welcome your questions as you get to know me.

I'm Krista, student intern with Open Roads. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you've been carrying things on your own for a while. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, navigating relationship challenges, or going through a life transition, you don't have to go through it alone.
My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe slowing down and speaking openly, without judgment or pressure. I believe in a holistic approach that recognizes your inner strength and wisdom, as well as the interconnectedness of your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
My diverse background and life experiences, combined with my education in counselling psychology, allow me to support you in restoring balance, healing, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I believe change doesn't have to happen all at once. With the right support, even small steps can begin to create a sense of clarity, connection and empowerment. When you're ready, I'm here and would be honoured to walk alongside you as you take these next steps of your journey.

I'm Christine, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), offering a calm, supportive, and trauma-informed space for clients ready to prioritize themselves and create meaningful change. My approach is eclectic and tailored, drawing from narrative, person-centred, CBT, emotion-focused, and solution-focused therapies.
I also bring 18 years of experience as a registered pharmacist and pharmacy manager, which informs my understanding of the connection between physical and mental health, particularly for those managing chronic illness or complex life circumstances.
I have supported women in shelter settings and young adults in transitional housing with concerns such as trauma, relationships, addiction, and life transitions. I'm committed to compassionate, inclusive care and supporting each client's unique path forward.
